When will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order within 2 business days of order payment. Usually it will ship the following business day. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you right away. When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to the Canada Post website where you can track your order.
How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. In Canada your order can be shipped by Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost. Both options give you online tracking and include $100 insurance for loss or damage. U.S. orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel USA or Xpresspost USA with $100 insurance coverage for loss or damage. A Customs declaration will be included. International orders are shipped by International Parcel Air (approx. 6-10 business day delivery) or Surface (approx. 4-6 weeks delivery). Loss or damage is covered up to $100. A Customs declaration will be included.
Is local Pick-up available?
Yes it is. Local customers are welcome to pick up their order. Please select ‘Local Pick Up’ when checking out and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to get your order. Pick up is by appointment only.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. Actual shipping charges will apply. Duty, taxes and other charges may be applied to your order by your government. Customs declarations will be included with all shipments.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in Canada:
We only charge you what it actually costs to ship your parcel via Canada Post. There is a minimum charge by Canada Post to ship any parcel up to 6 lbs via Expedited Parcel. This cost ranges from $6 - $12 depending on where you are in Canada. When you are placing your order please keep in mind that we can quite often ship multiple items (up to 6lbs total) for the same price as a single item. You will be able to see the shipping options and costs when you are checking out and can always go back and add items to your order to ship as many items as you can for the minimum amount.
U.S. & International orders:
Actual shipping charges apply as determined by your destination.
Free Shipping
When your order total is greater than $100 before freight and taxes we will ship your order prepaid up to a maximum charge of $15.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We will gladly accept returns of unopened or defective products within 15 days of your order. You must obtain a return authorization number from us prior to sending any items back. Please contact us to obtain this number and further instructions. A store credit that you can use towards future purchases will be issued for all returns. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items that are not defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on Clearance items - all sales are final from this department.
