Reward Program FAQ

We value your continued support of our store and to show it we offer what we feel
is a great loyalty program.

How It works

For each item you purchase you are awarded a number of rewards points.
For every 2000 points you accumulate we send you a $10 gift certificate.
Points are awarded before shipping and taxes. Most products are awarded
10 points per dollar spent, occasionally some products will have bonus
points awarded.  From time to time we will have bonus point days where
all reward points are multiplied.

The gift certificate is good against any purchase(s). To redeem just enter the
gift cerificate number <here> and the value will be available during checkout.

What do I have to do?

Nothing! You are automatically enrolled when you register.  Your points are automatically
awarded during on check out.  We send you the gift certificate when the reward level is
reached.

How do I see how many points I have?

Your reward point balance is shown in My Account.
